Please ensure you arrive 10mins prior to booking time and advise if you have any specific grooming requests or if your furbaby has any health issues we should be aware of. Before, during and after photos will be taken of your furbaby for marketing purposes and posted on Faceboook and Instagram.
Prices are for standard grooms with less than 10% matting to your furbaby. Please speak with our groomer to confirm your final grooming price at the time of drop off.
Please note if you are more than 10mins late, cancel without giving us a min. of 48hrs notice or are a no show on the day cancellation/ no-show fees will apply.
Important to read: If your furbaby is matted and depending on the severity of the matting please note that the standard price guide does not apply.
If you require a de-shed or breed specific cut please speak to us for an individual quote as standard grooming prices do not apply and will vary depending on size, breed and hair length. Prices average $85 per hour for these grooming services. On average allow 1.5 – 3hrs per groom depending on breed type and fur condition.
Payment is required on the day. Cash, EFT or Credit Card is accepted. A 2.2% surcharge applies to all card payments (via square).
Doggy Daycare and Holidaycare Information
Doggy Daycare is open Tues, Wed and Thur only 9am – 3.30pm and fri 9am – 12 noon. We also partner with local dog walking services should you require assistance with doggy daycare or dog walking. Enquire today.

Holidaycare is available from $50 per day and $35 per night. *Prices may vary at peak holiday periods. Booking cancellation fees will apply if a minimum of 1 weeks notice is not given for all holidaycare clients. We also partner will other local dog walking and holidaycare providers in case we are fully booked.
